2020 Indiana Lions State Convention Update-1

The 2020 Indiana Lions State Convention is just around the corner in beautiful Bloomington. Remember, this weekend (April 24-26) is the same weekend of the “Little 500” that will be going on in Bloomington so rooms will be going quickly. The Little Five is an annual track cycling race held at Bill Armstrong Stadium on the campus of Indiana University. It is attended by more than 25,000 fans. Please think about booking your room and registering for this event now before it’s too late. OBTW, online registration is up-and-running. Save time by filling out the form online, paying by PayPal or a credit card in the comfort and warmth of your own home. No need to waste an envelope or a first class stamp ($0.55 cents)!

Finally, don’t forget about placing an ad in the State Convention Program Booklet. The deadline for getting the application submitted is March 1. For more details see the tab along the top labeled “2020 State Convention Program Booklet Ad.”

At this year’s State Convention, we are holding a Chinese Auction instead of the typical Silent Auction.  Tickets will be sold at the Convention and you’ll place your tickets in a container in front of the basket or item.  The more tickets you place in a container, the better your chance of winning that basket or item.
