Friday Evening event will be at the Wyrk Space in the USAC building on the corner of 16th and Main St. (4910 W 16th St), Speedway. Menu is hamburger, brats and sides. Serving will begin at 5pm. Guest speaker is TBD.
Saturday Lunch: Club style turkey croissant with Monterey Jack cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato and pesto mayonnaise on a fresh croissant served with mustard potato salad, fresh fruit garnish. Includes dessert, iced tea and coffee.
Saturday Evening: Choice of grilled 12oz New York Strip steak with mushrooms and onion marmalade or Mediterranean style breast of chicken with fresh diced and sun-dried tomatoes, olives & yellow peppers. Both dinners include prepared potato and chef’s choice of vegetable, side salad, rolls, and ice tea.
Sunday Brunch: Brunch will have a mixture of typical breakfast and lunch selected items.
