2023 Indiana Lions State Convention Registration – Registration is by pdf form only.  There is NO online registration this year.

3.  Convention Program Book Advertisement PDF Form to print-off, fill-in, & mail with a check

Deadline: All Registration Forms must be postmarked by April 30, 2023.
